As we wrap up January, I can't help but look back and reflect on our first year in business.  It has been our absolute pleasure serving to city of Los Angeles over the past 13 months.  We helped customers from Santa Monica down to Hermosa Beach, and inland through Beverley Hills and Culver City down through Gardena.  While helping haul away unwanted furniture, appliances, and other junk, we helped our clients to declutter their homes, while also keeping these items out of the landfills by supporting us in our efforts to work with local charities and donation centers.  Our team is proud to serve LA, and we look forward to your call.  

Over the weekend we received a call for a same day pickup of construction debris in the Playa Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.  We always do our best to respond to every request, even if it comes through for same-day service.  Our Luggers arrived on-time, gathered up the wood and donations and hauled them off in no time.  Next, our team will sort the items, donating and recycling as much as we can from each job.

This weekend the Junkluggers of West LA hosted a free eWaste recycling event at the Playa Vista Farmers' Market.  We invited the community and all of Los Angeles, CA to join us on Saturday October 30th and to bring anything they needed to dispose of - as long as it hard a cord!  We then worked with a partner to have these items recycled and disposed of responsibly.  We accepted TV's, Printers, Batteries, Laptops, old Phones, and all kinds of electronics.  

Keeping eWaste out of the landfills is a top  priority for us.  We love California and we want to see it thrive.  

As we head into this 4th of July weekend, I want to thank the wonderful community of Playa Vista for their support of our business over the last year.  So many people are moving in and out, and with the added demand on the moving industry, clients are facing headwinds in terms of pricing and service.  During this time its been our mission to remain consistent in our commitments to high levels of service, customer satisfaction, and donating and recycing as much as we can.
