I received a call within 15 minutes of submitting a request on Home Advisor. Scheduling was extremely flexible and prices were reasonable for the amount of items I was looking to part with. On the day of service, the two-man crew was punctual and arrived 10 minutes early. My items were removed with care while still being completed in under 45 minutes. I originally had researched a DIFFERENT junk removal service on Yelp and had pretty much decided to go with this other hauler, but then was told that despite his Yelp listing saying he accepted credit cards, I would be charged an additional 3% fee for paying by credit card and would also have to pay in advance so he could cover his gas, workers and dump fees, which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily for me, Yelp sent my message to this hauler out to several other companies, and thank god they did, because Brian Geiger of Junkluggers of West L. A. reached out to me offering their services in a completely non-pushy manner, and I instantly liked and trusted him. Brian and his team just left my mom's house (in Gardena, CA), after completing the job in just over 3 hours instead of the full day and possibly even 2 days the other hauler estimated! My brother-in-law supervised the hauling because I live in Northern CA, and he called and raved about the job Brian and his team did. He told me they were very punctual, thorough, speedy, friendly, and well organized. Throughout this whole process, Brian has been 100% responsive and on top of things, and also made sure his price was competitive, which I greatly appreciate. And as someone who's concerned about the environment, I also appreciate the fact that Brian recycles/reuses whatever items he can rather than just taking everything to the city dump. As anyone who is dealing with an estate will know, the relief in knowing you made the right choice in hiring a top notch but competitively priced service means a great deal. Brian and Junkluggers of West L. A. have exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend their services if you want the peace of mind knowing you are in the best possible hands. If Yelp allowed more than a 5 star rating, I would give Brian and his company 10 stars!!!
